How do I request a service?
You need to download our mobile application, sign up, and select the category and specific service you require. You can then submit a job request under that category.

Can I save multiple addresses?
Yes, you can save multiple addresses under your account for convenient booking.
2. Booking & Scheduling

What are my scheduling options?
You have two options: you can order an urgent, fast job for immediate attention, or you can schedule a job for a specific time and date in the future.

How does the job assignment process work?
When you submit a request, it circulates to available service providers within a specific distance radius. If no one accepts within a set time, the circulation radius will automatically expand until a supplier accepts your job.

How will I know when a supplier accepts my job?
You will receive a notification, and the job status will immediately change from 'Requested' to 'Booked'.
3. Payments & Fees

What payment methods are accepted?
We are a cashless platform. We accept Credit Card Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can add and save multiple payment methods to your account.

Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes. If you cancel a scheduled and accepted job less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, you will incur a cancellation fine.

Can the price change after booking?
The supplier has the option to update the job details (e.g., adding fees for materials or adjusting service fees excluded from the initial service). You will be notified immediately upon every update.
4. Post-Job & Support

How do I get the final bill?
Once the job status changes to 'Completed', you will be presented with the final invoice in the job details section, billing you for the service fees and any extra materials added by the supplier.

Can I rate the service provider?
Yes. Once the supplier finishes the job (status changes to 'Completed'), you will be presented with a review request to rate the job and the service provider (supplier).

Both customers and suppliers can always contact our application support team through the app for any issue or concern.
