1. Registration & Services

  • Who can sign up as a supplier?

Suppliers are freelancers offering maintenance and PRO services. You must download the app and sign up as a supplier.

  • How do I select the services I provide?

During the sign-up process, you will be able to select all the specific services you are able and qualified to provide.

  • Can I edit service list after sign-up

Yes, you can edit the service list under your account.

2. Job Acceptance & Management

  • How do I find jobs?

Jobs will be circulated to you based on your selected services and your current distance radius from the customer's location.

  • What happens after I accept a job?

The job status changes to 'Booked', and you are expected to go to the customer's location to start the service. When you arrive and begin work, you must change the status to 'Started'.

  • Can I charge for materials or extra work?

Yes. While the job is 'Ongoing', you can use the app feature to update job details to add additional fees for materials or any service fees that were excluded from the initial booking. The customer will be notified of every update.

3. Invoicing & Payment

  • How do I complete a job?

Once all work is finished, you must change the job status to 'Finished' (which then changes to 'Completed'). The customer is then notified.

  • How does invoicing work for me?

You will be presented with a Supplier Invoice in the job details. This is an invoice by the supplier (your name listed) billing the application (dingdone) for your service fees and any material costs you paid for while executing the job.

  • Is the platform cashless?

Yes, the platform only supports digital payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You will be compensated through the supplier invoicing process after the job is completed.
